COACHING PHILOSOPHY:The game is a framework through which to teach lifelong skills like discipline, dedication, and teamwork. When players are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones and learn new skills or master the fundamentals of volleyball they are able to better themselves as players and people through hard work, and it is important that they do so while having fun.
My goal as a coach is to foster discipline, dedication, and teamwork while teaching the skills necessary to be successful, in addition to leading by example in showing sportsmanship, patience, and passion.
