COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

Through volleyball, players develop skills that will last their entire lives. We do not shy away from challenges, but rather embrace them as an opportunity because our development is never ceasing. My five pillars of development are physical, technical, tactical, mental/emotional, and synergy. These are developed by the players, staff, and families working together to support the process.

IMPACT & Beach IMPACT certified

Second season as Co-Director of Silver State Volleyball Club

SSVC (formerly Capital City) since 2005. Jordan is involved in every aspect of the club, but primarily focuses on club structure and development

Junior Nationals in 2016 (16's), 2017 (18's) and 2018 (18's)

Her teams are 2x NCVA 18s Power League Champions (2017 & 2018)

During her two-year tenure with the 18-1 every player that wanted to play in college had the opportunity, including 5 playing Division I

Served as Volunteer Assistant Coach for the University of Nevada for 3 seasons (2015-2018) (primarily working with the setters)

Selected for the American Volleyball Coaches Association Coaches4Coaches award after collegiate career

PLAYING EXPERIENCE:

Cornell University as a 4 year starter, Cornell Individual Career Records for assists (#8), assits per set (#14), service attempts (#6), digs (#17), and digs per set (#27).

Silver State (formerly Capital City) VBC 6 seasons

George Whittell High School: 4x State Champion in Volleyball and 3x All-State selection and Player of the Year as a senior.

4x State champion in Track and Field.

NIAA Top Ten Student Athletes in Northern Nevada.

Reviglio "Way to Go" award and Tahoe Daily Tribune Female Athlete of the Year for Whittell H.S.
