COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

First and foremost, I love the game of volleyball and try and share my passion and love for the game with my players. I train fundamentals and technique to help each player improve their skills as a volleyball player. I focus training on teamwork and effort, which are skills that they can control and will translate and benefit them in all areas of their lives. I help the girls create experiences and memories, while improving as players and teammates. I am proud to say that several former players have played or currently playing college volleyball.
